As a lifelong resident of Coffee County, Tennessee, with over 30 years of healthcare experience, Martha Henley has an intimate understanding of the healthcare needs of rural communities. As the COO of Java Medical Group, she oversees every aspect of hospital management and has helped transform rural hospitals in the communities they serve.

Under her leadership as the CEO of Unity Medical Center, she has garnered notable recognition for the hospital, including the Outstanding Patient Experience Award bestowed by Healthgrade. Additionally, Martha was recently named a Top 177 Women Hospital Presidents and CEOs to Know by Becker’s Hospital Review. She is a current board member of Manchester Economic Development Board and Coffee Cares.

Martha enjoys traveling and spending time together in God’s beautiful scenery with her husband Brett Henley and their four adult children.
