Kelly began her career 30 years ago as an executive assistant in the consulting industry before transitioning to her role at Java in 2024. She is passionate about Java’s mission and supports business success in her role by providing project assistance, communication support and seamless event coordination.

Kelly’s commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in fastmoving environments make her an invaluable asset to Java, where she continues to contribute significantly to the organization’s growth trajectory and operational efficiency. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Kelly and her husband moved to Nashville to support her sons’ dreams in the music industry. She enjoys family time spent hiking with her two dogs and hosting loved ones when they visit Music City.
