Angelina began her healthcare career 28 years ago as a physical therapy aide. She then transitioned into a decision support role where she was responsible for reporting hospital utilization to senior management before later moving into IT.

In 2020, Angelina became Human Resources Director at Russellville Hospital and Director of the Russellville Hospital Foundation, then advanced to Market Human Resources Director for North Alabama Medical Center, North Alabama Shoals Hospital and affiliated physician practices. Growing up in a small town in North Alabama and working in both rural and urban hospital settings, Angelina developed a deep appreciation for rural healthcare. Her experience includes working with larger hospital systems such as Baptist Health System in Birmingham, AL (now Brookwood Baptist Health), Decatur Morgan Hospital System and North Alabama Medical Center.
