Amanda has dedicated 30 years to the hospital and healthcare industry, beginning her career as a nurse in a small southern Illinois hospital. There, she embarked on her lifelong mission of helping others. Over her extensive career, Amanda earned a master's degree in nursing and a master's degree in business while actively working in the field. Although she initially found

fulfillment in patient care, Amanda discovered her true passion and calling in leadership roles. She served as Vice President of Nursing/CNO, Hospital President/CEO and Regional Hospital CEO, leading teams to consistently excel in patient experience, service line development, fiscal turnaround and key performance indicators. When asked how she achieves and sustains results, Amanda attributes it to creating a healthy culture through leadership. As the Director of Operations, she enjoys engaging with leaders about their challenges and offering assessments and solutions that will impact their journeys positively.
